The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 7:00PM on Tuesday April 17, 2012 in the Town Offices Meeting Room, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
Review of Minutes:
3/6/12, 3/20/2012, 4/3/2012
Unfinished Business:
Review Case #10-SD-4, (Schell, M6/L48.3) and
Case #07-SD-4, (Costello/Seroskie, M2/L2 + 2.3-1)
Review of Planning Board Handbook:
Determine if any of the five sections require updating or corrections and if so, outline work schedule for same.

- Note 1: This agenda supersedes any previously published agenda.
- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
- Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
