MEETING NOTICE
The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at the Town Office meeting room, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
Scenic Road Hearing (Town of Francestown/DPW): The town is seeking to remove several trees in the town’s right-of-way on Perley Road.
Master Plan Update: Discussion of updated maps for land use and Natural Resource Inventory.
Announcements and communications
If changes are made to the above agenda, a new agenda will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
- Note 1: This agenda supersedes any previously published agenda.
- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
- Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved. The following unfinished business is still under consideration, but is not scheduled for discussion at this meeting:
