PUBLIC NOTICE
RE APPLICATION OF: Louis and Elizabeth Wiederhold CASE NO. 08-DR-1
You are hereby notified that at a public meeting of the Francestown Planning Board to be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at the Town Office meeting room, 27 Main Street, in Francestown, NH, the following agenda item is scheduled:
___ A public hearing at which a final application for subdivision will be formally submitted to the Board and, if accepted, will be reviewed.
___ A public meeting at which a final application for subdivision will be formally submitted to the Board. If accepted, notice of a public hearing to consider the
particulars of the application will be published at a later date.
___ A public hearing to consider the particulars of a final application for subdivsion. (This application was previously submitted to the Board, was found to be
complete and was accepted by the Board.)
XXX A public hearing at which materials will be submitted for design review and consultation. This review is preliminary in nature and additional notice shall be
posted if, and when, the developer files a final application.
The subject properties comprise approximately 62.6 acres in area and are identified on the Francestown Tax Map as Sheet 5, Lot 64 and Sheet 14, Lot 13. The properties are contiguous and under common ownership, and are located in both the Village and Rural zoning districts on the easterly side of Pleasant Pond Road, extending from Main Street (NH Route 47) to Todd Road.
The applicants propose to subdivide the properties as an Open Space Development plan and create fifteen (15) residential lots. In addition, the applicants are seeking a boundary line adjustment between the two current lots of record.
If not resolved at this meeting, the matter may be continued to subsequent meetings without further published notice. Interested parties are invited to appear in person, or by agent, to examine and comment on this proposal.
